This post goes way back to the month of May!
It was my secretary's son's 3rd birthday and I offered to make him cupcakes for him to bring to school. His favourite flavour is chocolate so of course I tripled the choc dosage with a double chocolate chip base and chocolate butter cream on top.
His favourite theme is Power Rangers but unfortunately I couldn't find any toppers in the store (I've yet to master the art of fondant figurines :p) so we settled for Garfield.
